Lifetime license · one payment

Buy your time tracker once

Almost every time tracker is a subscription that outlives the project you bought it for. TriggerFlo's lifetime license is $119, paid once — every Pro feature, every future update, on every platform, with no renewal date.

$119 one time. 14-day refunds.

What tracking your time costs over five years

One person, list prices, annual billing. The lifetime column stops moving after the first payment — that is the entire pitch.

13 months

of a $9/user/month subscription costs the same as the TriggerFlo lifetime license. After that, one of them keeps billing.

What the one payment covers

When a subscription is the smarter buy

You are not sure yet. Try the free plan, or take Pro monthly at $5.99 and cancel when you like. Paying $119 up front for software you abandon in March is not a saving.

You need something TriggerFlo does not do. There are no timesheet approvals, no time-off tracking, no expense management and no GPS or screenshot monitoring — if you are administering a workforce, Clockify is a better fit. If your tracking habit depends on start buttons inside a hundred other tools, Toggl Track has the integration catalogue.

A lifetime license is a bet on us being here. Every one is. What we can point at concretely: TriggerFlo keeps a local SQLite database on your own machine, exports to CSV whenever you ask, and refunds within 14 days if the first fortnight changes your mind.

Lifetime license questions

What does "lifetime" actually mean here?

One payment of $119 for a Pro license that never expires and never renews. Lifetime holders get all future features and updates at no extra cost, and cloud sync across your devices is included rather than billed separately.

Is it cheaper than subscribing?

Against TriggerFlo Pro yearly at $45.99, the lifetime license pays for itself partway through the second year. Against a per-seat tracker at $9 per user per month, it pays for itself in about 13 months. If you expect to be tracking time two years from now, the one-time price is the cheaper answer.

Is there a refund if I change my mind?

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase on all paid plans, including lifetime. Email [email protected].

What happens to my data if I stop using it?

Your data is yours: export it any time to CSV, and the desktop app keeps a local SQLite database on your own machine. If you cancel a subscription we hold your data for 90 days in case you come back — a lifetime license has nothing to cancel.

Do Toggl or Clockify offer a lifetime license?

Neither does, as of August 24, 2026. Both are subscription-only, priced per user per month. That is the main reason this page exists.

Is the lifetime license per person or per team?

It covers your account across all your devices. Team plans are a separate thing still in progress — if you are buying for several people, email [email protected] before you purchase.

Try it before you buy it forever

The free plan covers 3 projects with unlimited tracking, no credit card. Buy the lifetime license when you are sure.
